Promote Broad Participation in Agricultural Programs

Advocate for greater representation of Hispanic and underrepresented farmers and forest landowners in USDA and NRCS programs.

What we do

Our Name

We chose the name Asekia as a tribute to the acequias of New Mexico, which symbolize the flow of water and the strength of community and shared responsibility. Just as acequias sustain agricultural lands through collective management of vital resources, Asekia Inc. fosters collaboration and supports empowering Hispanic farmers and landowners. Our name reflects our commitment to sustainability, cultural heritage, and the interconnectedness of communities working together for a thriving agricultural future.
